Today my fingers are sore. I have been making shoes as fast as I can for our impending launch at the Seasons of New England market on 30th March. We have set our selves a rather large task of having 20 pairs of shoes, 13 pairs of slippers and as many sandal tops ready to go as we can. So far, we have all of them cut out, half of them sewn up and only 3 pairs of shoes lasted up....

I feel as if things are falling into place. I have found a career that is exciting, challenging, unique and… possible! My past jobs have included travel agent, environmental scientist, motorbike salesperson, farmer, mother, studio manager, seamstress and waitress. None of these have felt permanent and fulfilling.
